1. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders usually arrive within 7–15 days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on region, customs, and local carriers.

3. How much is the shipping fee?

  • USA: $2.99 USD
  • UK: £2.00 GBP
  • Canada: CA$3.00 CAD

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when you meet the minimum spend:

  • USA: Orders over $79.98 USD
  • UK: Orders over £59.99 GBP
  • Canada: Orders over CA$110.99 CAD

5. Will I receive tracking?

Yes. A tracking number is emailed once your order is shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear.

6. My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it — what do I do?

  • Check around your home (porch, mailbox, garage, side door).
  • Ask neighbors or building management.

7. Are there shipping restrictions?

Yes, we do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Countries outside the USA, Canada, and UK

13. How long do refunds take?
