We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
Processing & Handling Time:
All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Handling time is 1–3 business days.
Delivery Timeframe:
Orders typically arrive within 7-15 calendar days from the date of dispatch. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your region, carrier, customs clearance, and local logistics.
Tracking & Insurance:
Most shipments include tracking and standard shipping insurance at no additional cost. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Tracking & Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:
- Check around your property (porch, mailbox, garage, side door).
- Ask neighbors or building management if they accepted the package.

We currently do not ship to:
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Countries or territories outside the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate parcels depending on warehouse availability and inventory distribution.
